The firm was established on the 3rd day of January, 2011 arising from the dissolution of M/s Tengku Mohamed & Alan Lim on the 31st day of December, 2010 after almost 26 years. Under the previous partnership, the partners had undertaken/acted on varied legal assignments involving corporate, commercial, banking & finance, conveyancing and other matters.
